These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Roooster.ai. By creating an account or using Roooster.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Roooster.ai provides tools for home-service professionals to organize clients, properties, jobs, estimates, invoices, expenses, and payment requests. You are responsible for reviewing records before sending them and for the accuracy of information you enter.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for having permission to enter and share customer information. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve Roooster.ai.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid digital features are purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation and at renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not use Roooster.ai to break the law, impersonate another person, abuse payment or messaging features, upload harmful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Disclaimers and changes
Roooster.ai is a business tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practical. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
