This Privacy Policy explains how Roooster.ai ("we" or "us") handles information when you use our mobile app and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
- Business records you choose to enter, including clients, properties, jobs, estimates, invoices, expenses, receipts, and notes.
- Payment and subscription information. Card details for payment links are handled by Stripe, and digital subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store full card numbers.
- Location information only when you enable location-based job progress features and grant device permission.
- Device, diagnostic, and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide invoices, job management, scheduling, payments, account security, customer support, and product improvements. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Roooster.ai uses Replit for hosting and infrastructure, Clerk for account authentication, Stripe for payment links, RevenueCat and Apple for subscription processing, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and OpenAI through Replit's AI integration when you use AI-assisted features. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to deliver the service, when required by law, or to protect the service and its users. We retain account and business records while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes.
Your choices
You may update information in the app or request account and data deletion through support. You can disable location access in your device settings. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are managed through Apple for App Store subscriptions.
